Although most of the time I'm working with PHP/MySQL I'm also interested in programming in general, specially C/C++ and game programming. I would like to use this place to share some thoughts, comments, links and of course: code.

Programming PHP, 2nd Edition
Rasmus Lerdorf, Kevin Tatroe & Peter MacIntyre

The nice thing about this book is that it's focused to present you PHP 5. It will not teach you how to program. If you're already a programmer it's a good choice to start PHP coding.

The only problem I see is that it lacked a deeper technical review. There are some annoying mistakes in the examples and for newbies it can be a problem.
